Billing questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 30 days are free with no payment method on file. If you never add a card, the subscription simply ends at day 30 and you go back to the free version. Nothing is charged and nothing is owed.
How do I cancel?
Open the calculator, find the Your Pro account panel, and press Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's own billing page where you can cancel, switch between monthly and annual, change your card, or download invoices. Cancelling takes one click and takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You can also write to us and we will cancel it for you the same day.
There is no password. How do I use Pro on my phone?
Pro is switched on with a private link rather than an account, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to get breached. Right after you subscribe we show you that link, and you can copy it again any time from the Your Pro account panel on the calculator page. Open it on any other device and Pro turns on there too. If you lose it, write to us with the email you subscribed under and we will send a new one.
Will you warn me before the trial ends?
Yes. From the moment you subscribe, the calculator shows a running countdown at the top of the page with the exact date your trial ends and a button to add a card. If you never add one, the subscription ends on its own and you are never charged.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your logged weeks live in your own browser, not on our servers, so they stay exactly where they are. You lose the export, the year-to-date totals, and the ad-free view, and the calculator keeps working.
Is my pay data stored anywhere?
No. Hours, dogs, prices, and tips never leave your device. The only thing our server ever sees is whether your subscription is active, which is what switches the ads off. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Groomer Pay Calculator is built and operated by Edgewater Media LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
